So I am officially going to Colorado during the last part of June for work I will be at the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch for two nights and then the Ritz Carlton Denver for 1 night. . . I have to be honest, and say im not all that excited even though its a free trip and we most likely will be wined and dined. . .I don't know seems kinda boring :(
I know we are just bearly getting into spring/summer but here are 9 trends to look out for when your thrift shopping for your Fall wardrobe.
Velvet is now for adults too / You'll be seeing red this Fall / Time to pull a Tyra & define your waists. Subtle fur accents- Sorry PETA / More leather than ever...YES!! / You'll still be okay in your leggings Who needs pants when you have thigh-high boots / your bf's(jacket) back / the shiny mini
Picked up these American flag swimmers for Hawaii for only $15 Now i just need that matching top...lol jk i dont think you'll see me in head to toe stars and stripes!
...And yes, i got that last picture from Kel's blog SO WHAT!
So, while doing some research I found out that Jcrew has a special wedding section of their website, where they offer really nice wedding dresses and tuxedos, bridesmaid dresses, wedding shoes, bow ties, monogramming, and they even have a section of what to wear on your honeymoon! Anyways thought that was cool had to share in case anyone else is getting married. I posted pics from their collection below...Not too shabby for a store in the mall.
P.S. Also found out Jcrew offers their customers personal shoppers at no additonal cost.(The things you learn at work when your supposed to be working!)
So again, I am opening up my emails, as I do every morning, and much to my surprise what do I find? Well it's another little surprise from ASOS. This time it's a Holiday Special issue, filled with bits of goodies on everything from how to achieve that Gucci summer look for less to how to pack a bag ( the right way )and might I add, what great timing this was as my Hawaiian holiday is less than a week away. The email gods sure know how to work in mysterious yet effective ways. Thanks ASOS.
Rihanna definitely hits it with these $900.00 Rodarte Leggings, batwing-ish jacket, Denim mullet-cut cut offs, and of course that awesome Earring/Necklace combo! but the rest of these pictures are... uh not so much, especially that Dolce and Gabanna puffed tuxedo she wore to the MET gala. I don't know what is up with her hair here? and that ugly Charlotte Russe-y corset.
Charlotte Lohmann is a new up and coming model from Sydney who was most recently featured as the muse for "Zarafshan" which is the lastest collection from Austalian Designer Tina Kalivas. I love Charlotte's look it's very Miranda Kerr meets Lakshmi Menon. Charlotte is of Fijian and Indian decent- Like you couldn't tell - Can't wait for her to blow up!
